June 1st will set off my transformation challenge – Fit at Fifty. This December, I will turn the big 5-0. I can’t believe it but I also want to be able to say that I am in the best possible shape at the age of 50.

The Accidental Outfit. For a blogger who likes to blog about GLAM, I sure don’t have a ton of clothing in my small closet. Also, GLAM means other things too (makeup, beauty, skincare, events, etc).
Track your WODs. Do you write down your workouts? I never did until I started CrossFit. I never saw the need to write down my workouts until I started CrossFit. And even in the beginning, when I was brand-spankin’ new to CrossFit, I didn’t write down my WODs. I didn’t know. Now I write them down religiously.
