Having a garage gym was not something I planned out, it sort of just morphed and developed over time. But once I realized what was happening, I was all-in! I love my workout space. And no one is more surprised than me. Who knew that more than 10-years ago that this is where I would be today.
I may be 53 years old but I sure don’t feel like it. I honestly believe that working out is helpful in keeping me feeling young. I have a lot more living to do and I want to be in the best shape possible to be able to enjoy the rest of my life.
