Let me tell you the full story of my fitness and health journey. I’ve blogged about some of it before but I have never given the full story.
It all started many years ago, like maybe 10 years ago? I tried to go back through Facebook to find out when it all started but that’s like trying to find your contact lense you lost in a swimming pool. Goodness.
ReMarkable Headlines, maybe I will start a new series called ReMarkable Headlines. Not to be confused with my personal ReMarkable series.
As I try to come up with topics to blog about, I find myself reading through headlines and thinking, “No, that’s not worthy enough for a full blown blog post.”
So why not just share some headlines with my ReMarks?
I’m sure you’ve seen it by now – the video – Tom Brady Cliff Jumps with Daughter. He is criticized for what seems like yanking her off the cliff to plummet who-knows-how-many-feet into the water. It looks very tall. It is a cliff after all.
Please stop hugging. If I barely know you, please do not lean in to hug me. A hug is not a replacement for a handshake and quite frankly, I’d rather not shake your hand either. I’d prefer no touching, period.
