For those of you from back in the good ole days of old-timey blogging, when you actually kept up and read other real peoples’ blogs – you may remember RSS feeds and Google Reader. I found something the other day and it’s called The Old Reader. Its name is definitely a throwback to those times of Google Reader.
Just going to give you all a little heads up on how I plan to use my social media channels in the New Year. First of all, I plan on only using a few; Facebook Page, Google +, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram.
Apparently, back in October of 2010, this blog was created. Now, I’ve been blogging for way longer than a mere three years. I started back before everyone knew what a blog was, when Blogspot first came on the scene back in the late 1990s.
Since then, I’ve had several different blogs, so it is totally conceivable that I started this blog at some point in time, October 2010 to be exact.
Sometimes I forget about my Google Reader but tonight I have been reunited with it once again. Want to see what I’ve been reading online lately? Check out my shared Google Reader page.
Do you have Google Reader? If so, let’s start following each other so we can share news items.

Google Reader constantly checks your favorite news sites and blogs for new content. Whether a site updates daily or monthly, you can be sure that you won’t miss a thing.
