I’ve Been Writing

I've been writing

I feel like I’ve neglected my little blog, but no worries, I’ve been writing. I’ve been writing elsewhere, over at The Victory Girls Blog. And LOVING it! No, it’s not a paid gig, but that’s okay. I don’t mind. Our illustrious editor always says, “We have a country to save.” So that’s where I’ve been.

The Victory Girls Blog

The above graphic shows some of my blog posts. I’ve enjoyed writing for them immensely. It’s challenging, and I’ve wanted to quit so many times because it’s not easy! But then I always remember our leader Kate’s “we have a country to save” mantra.

I don’t write as much as I’d like to. I want to write EVERY SINGLE DAY, multiple times a day, but I have to keep it to the weekends and holidays. My paying day job gets in the way. LOL

Anyway, I just wanted to share that tidbit with ya’ll today.

Also, I am streamlining my content.

I already deleted my ReMarks on the Bible podcast.

Wanting to concentrate and simplify my online content. Pare down so I can focus better.

    • Not doing YouTube
    • Deleted my Instagram account again.
    • Deleted my second Twitter account, ReMarks on the Bible
    • Deleted my Rumble channel called ReMarks on the Bible
    • Deleted my ReMarks on the Bible podcast
    • KEEPING Twitter @carolremarks
    • KEEPING Rumble Channels, Carol ReMarks, and Garage Gym
    • KEEPING this blog
    • KEEPING Facebook
    • KEEPING my newsletter

Finally, I accept that the older I get, the less I want to achieve. I don’t need to be seen and heard or understood as much as I used to want to be seen and heard and understood. I no longer wish to be a leader or an influencer of anything, mainly because I don’t have anything to share with others.

There is nothing in my life that is worth sharing with others. I don’t possess some special talent that I can show off. I don’t own land that I can cultivate and produce how-to videos. Nor do I possess expertise on any particular subject I could teach others.

So then what? I’ll keep blogging. It is my first love, and there is no reason to abandon it or seek thrills elsewhere.

The thought of having a podcast/video/Rumble studio in the home is still in my brain. Maybe one day, eventually. But for now, it is on the back burner. Let me get more experience with my writing skills through blogging before adding more avenues.

Thanks for sticking around and reading.
