A Podcaster, Politician, and Scientist

a podcast, politician, and scientist vaccine debates

A podcaster, politician, and scientist walk into a bar. It could be a start to a bad joke or pun, but it is what everyone is talking about on Twitter. They may not walk into a bar, but hopefully, they’ll walk into Joe Rogan’s studio instead. And now a billionaire is involved, sort of.

The podcaster is Joe Rogan. The politician, RFK Jr., and the scientist is Dr. Peter Hotez. This Dr. Hotez is a leading vaccine researcher and helped develop a COVID vaccine called Corbevax. He has taken to social media to dog Robert F Kennedy Jr, who appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast and is known to be against the vaccine.

And now Joe Rogan has offered to give $100,000 to Dr. Hotez’s choice of charity if he would come on his podcast to debate RFK Jr.

This interaction went down on Twitter, and even Elon got involved. Other billionaires are offering money, too, so now the pot is up to $600,000 for charity to see the debate.

At this point, this Dr. Hotez would be a total bonehead if he didn’t take them up on their offer. It’s for charity, after all, of his choice! Do it, man. This Dr. Hotez doesn’t seem to be some rokey-doke dumbass from what I can tell. He may be wrong, but he doesn’t seem stupid. I want to listen to the debate.

In this video from three years ago, Dr. Hotez calmly discusses the virus when it first entered the United States.

What is Dr. Hotez worried about? Why won’t he go on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast and debate RFK Jr.? What’s he afraid of? If he thinks he is right, debate the politician; you’re the scientist. Look at all the money you could raise for a charity of your choice. You’d be selfish if you didn’t do it.

Concocted Horse Manure

I bet you could raise even more money by making that episode a pay-per-view event. Of course, Rogan wouldn’t do that to his listeners.

It sounds like the good Dr. has been called out, and he knows it. He has no leg to stand on because it was all concocted horse manure forced upon the American people. ALL OF IT, and he was a part of that trickeration.

Honestly, I don’t know what the two men would debate anyway. A doctor and a politician. A scientist and a lawyer. One would talk about how the vaccine saved millions of Americans (maybe), and the other would argue that it caused more harm than saving lives (truth). So really, we would not come out any more educated after the debate.

But still, the charity. Would you watch it? I certainly would, even though it wouldn’t change anyone’s mind. I’d watch to see the Dr. put in his place, which is precisely why he won’t do it. He knows he can’t defend his stance.

Speaking of podcasts, give mine a listen.
