Ha! I’m Just kidding. That was funny, though.
No, it looks like Kamala is studying hard.
Vice President Kamala Harris is holed up for five days in a Pittsburgh hotel, doing highly choreographed debate practice sessions ahead of Tuesday night’s clash. There’s a stage and replica TV lighting and an adviser in full Lee Strasberg method-acting mode, not just playing Donald J. Trump but inhabiting him, wearing a boxy suit and a long tie. – New York Times
Personally, I think Kamala is going to do quite well in this debate. She will be prepared, and I hope she brings that ridiculous woman-victim mentality she displayed when she debated Mike Pence.
She looked like such a fool pulling that crap.
A lot of political pundits are saying that Trump needs to handle Harris with kid gloves. But I ask, why?
Why does Donald Trump need to change how he talks just for Kamala Harris? I say hell no. He needs to expose her for what she is and call her out on her lies one after the other.
Kamala Harris
On one hand, Kamala Harris doesn’t know what she stands for. One minute, she’s for banning fracking, then she says she’s not. She wants open borders. Now, she wants a wall. She wants to defund and reimage the police force, but now she campaigns on being one tough law enforcement officer.
And then we sometimes see the real Kamala Harris, who is terrifying.
Vice President Kamala Harris is supporting the most radical assault on the Supreme Court in our nation’s history, far more dangerous than FDR’s unsuccessful and universally denounced court packing scheme of the 1930s.
This new proposal is not simply a court packing or term limit plan, but a pack and replace plan, adding liberal Justices and immediately removing conservative Justices, starting with Justice Clarence Thomas. Democrats do not believe in an independent judiciary and want to rig the Court to control its decisions.
According to Senator Sheldon Whitehouse – the single most malignant individual attacking the independence of the Supreme Court – Harris is in agreement with his proposed bill (S. 3096), which would require the president to appoint new Justices in their first and third year in each term, for a total of up to eighteen Justices, and allow only the nine most recently appointed Justices to participate in 99.9 percent of the cases that come before the Court. President Joe Biden’s proposal for 18 year term limits on Justices also aligns with this dangerous plan. – Breitbart
Uh, yeah, I need Donald Trump to confront her about that little tidbit of news. But we all know how she’ll react if he does point this out. She’ll give a giant cackling laugh and say, “NoOoOo.” In other words, she’ll lie.
And this debate is very important. Don’t think for one second that it’s not. While Trump’s camp already has a solid base of MAGA voters, there are still undecided and independents.
Sure, Biden’s people will more than likely go over with Kamala.
But since Biden dropped out, the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, and more and more corruption fallout from Hunter, I believe there is a large number of voters we need to win over for the Republicans.
Two Faces of Kamala Harris
This debate will show Kamala as either A) an incompetent and easy mark to be taken advantage of by our adversaries (which can also be domestic) or B) she will prepare well enough to sound like Obama. And if she can pull off an Obama-like flowery doublespeak, she’ll win.
This is why Donald Trump can’t allow himself to be put on the ropes by her. He cannot allow himself to get distracted. He’ll get stuck in the defense mode. He needs to ignore her little jabs of crap and stay on the offense, gloves off.
Each team’s preparations for the debate are apparently quite different. She seems to be going all in with challenging prep work, while Trump is more of an improv type of guy.
While the two camps’ preparations for the big night in Philadelphia could not be more different, both sides view the debate the same way, according to interviews with nearly two dozen people close to the candidates, many of whom insisted on anonymity to discuss the private preparations. The Harris and Trump teams see it as a crucial moment to define Ms. Harris for millions of swing voters who know what they think about Mr. Trump but are still curious about her.
Bringing out Mr. Trump’s most self-destructive instincts is a priority for Ms. Harris, as is coming across as coolheaded and presidential. – New York Times
Donald Trump needs to take Harris as a severe competitor. He likes to think of her as a dingbat but should not rest on his laurels when debating her. I believe he will be prepared; he has proven himself before in previous debates. I want him to use straightforward words in short sentences. Be direct. Be very crystal clear. Do not go off on a tangent or down a rabbit hole. Bullet points.
We’ll find out soon enough how it will go. The debate is right around the corner. You’ll hear all about it, but I hope you’ll take the time to watch it.
Until then, I’ll leave you with this funny from Awaken with JP.
Happy debating!
