He Said, She Said, She Wins Every Time

Wow, did you ever think we would have a justice system handing out verdicts with absolutely no evidence presented? This Trump case (and others) is a He Said, She Said case, and She won, bigly.

Another case I think of is the Danny Masterson case.

Former “That ’70s Show” actor Danny Masterson was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison on Thursday after he was convicted of raping two women. – ABC News

The Danny Masterson case is definitely an instance of He Said, She Said. Not a single ounce of evidence was presented. For example, no toxicology report was entered for evidence when She said she was drugged. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison for raping two women in 2003.

Watch out Fellas

Ya’ll, that was 20 years ago. So watch out, fellas. Any encounters you may have had with ANYONE in your past could come back to get you.

This is what we are setting up in today’s world. We are going to make it normal to yell rape from 20, 30, or 40 years ago, and no evidence will be given, and people will go to prison for accusations. Or, if you have some money, they’ll take that instead. Thank you very much. This is not an exaggeration; this is what is currently happening right now.

And whatever you do, don’t write a tell-all book about your past, admitting to loose behavior. They’ll come out of the woodwork.

But what makes the Trump/E. Jean Carroll’s (EJC) case, even more indecent, has nothing to do with what Trump may or may not have done. It comes from the woman, EJC, when she retaliated against Trump for DENYING her claims and calling her a liar. OH!

Yes, here we are in 2024 with people suing you for defamation for denying claims brought against you and using free speech to express yourself.

Setting Examples

EJC claimed Trump raped her. He denied it. Trump calls her a liar and a nut job. She sues him for defamation. This means that if someone claims you raped them, and you deny it calling them a liar, you can get sued for it.

Obviously, I am not a lawyer. I am simply thinking what may happen now that this has occurred in a court case.

What kind of character did she have in the first place that Trump may have defamed it even more by calling her a nut job and a liar? Huh?

Here is the woman gloating after being awarded 83.3 million to get her “good” reputation back in order:

This whole He Said, She Said game is dangerous, will have a trickle-down effect, and will be an example of how to proceed.

Men and Women

Men will start treating women like they are pariahs. It’s not going to be good. And as far as personal relationships? If you’re lucky enough to get a man’s attention, I expect to begin signing paperwork before entering any courtship or physical intimate contact. Women, you’ll have to up your game to catch yourself a good man.

I believe good men are still out there. Luckily, I married one back in 2008. My workplace seems to be loaded with good men, married and single. They had to have a security clearance, sooooo.

The 83.3 million handed to EJC is ridiculous. I hope Donald J. Trump wins the 2024 election and becomes President again. I can’t wait.
